
ISABELLA VILLALPANDO is an architectural designer, set designer, graphic designer, writer, film director and founder of Villalpando Visuals with a focus on Indigenous and Latinx narratives in front of and behind the camera.
Isabella is a proud alumna of Iowa State University of Science and Technology, earning her Bachelors in Architecture. During her time at ISU, Isabella received the 2023 Substance Design Forum Award for her contributions to the architectural 5th year project, "Public Service Announcement." She also received a Minor in World Film Studies, where she participated in a study abroad workshop learning museum curation and film formats within museums in Paris, France, and Metz, France.
As an emerging architectural professional she has helped establish a start up company with business and project management expertise.
